So, I have been following several blogs for quite some time now and have been toying with the idea of starting my own. I live in Worcester, MA (which I despise, for reasons I am sure will come in another blog) and work as a Research Coordinator at UMass Medical School in the Law and Psychiatry Department. I have always lived a very active lifestyle, participating in dance and cheerleading; however, upon starting grad school, about four years ago, I started to exercise less, drink more and not watch what I was eating. I have always been what you would call “average” although I wasn’t very happy with the way I looked or felt. Over the past couple of months I have started to take control of my life again. I am hoping that this blog will not only help me stay on track with my exercising and eating, but also help others stay motivated on their own path. So I will record what I eat and post some recipes and workouts to share. I hope you have as much fun reading along as I plan to have sharing with you! Enjoy :)
